For many children growing up in poverty, Eid is just another day. No new clothes, no gifts, no celebration. This year, we made sure that 120 children in our community woke up on Eid morning with something to smile about. Each child received a complete new outfit, a small gift bag, and a warm meal — because every child deserves to feel special, regardless of their family’s circumstances.
What We Did
Provided complete new Eid outfits to 120 boys and girls aged 3–15
Distributed gift bags containing sweets, toys, and personal care items
Hosted a community Eid celebration with food, games, and activities for children
Partnered with local mosques and schools to identify the most vulnerable families
Prioritized orphaned children, refugees, and single-parent households
